PaymentOne Comprehensive Benefits Package

PaymentOne provides a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. PaymentOne pays for the majority of all health insurance premiums and makes a significant contribution to the 401(k) Plan. Following is a brief summary:

Medical/Dental/Vision Coverage:

PaymentOne offers two medical plans through Blue Shield from which an employee may select their health coverage, Preferred Provider Option (PPO) and a Health Maintenance Organization Option (HMO). Alternatively, an employee may also choose to have their medical coverage through Kaiser Permanente. PaymentOne has two dental coverage plans available through Assurant, a Flex Program and a Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO). PaymentOne's vision coverage is through Vision Service Plan (VSP) and entitles the employee one exam, one set of lenses per year and one set of frames every year. Contact lenses can be coordinated within the benefits as well.

Life and A&D Insurance:

PaymentOne offers company paid life insurance equal to two times the employee's annual base salary.

Section 125:

PaymentOne offers a section 125 program flexible spending account that allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to be used for out-of-pocket medical and dependent care expenses.

401(k):

PaymentOne may match 50% of employee contributions up to a maximum of $1500/year. Investment in the 401(k) plan is voluntary and employees are eligible to participate after three months of employment.

Sick Leave/Holidays/Vacation Time:

PaymentOne offers six days of sick leave and eleven paid holidays per calendar year. Vacation time is determined by the length of service with the company.

Tuition Reimbursement:

PaymentOne encourages all full-time and part-time employees to participate in educational pursuits that promote and strengthen their knowledge, skills and abilities. The company reimburses full-time employees up to $4,500 per calendar year and up to $2,250 for part-time employees in tuition, registration and books.

Legal Services:

PaymentOne wants to help employees manage other important areas in their lives and have recently added two new benefits, Identity Theft Shield and Pre-Paid Legal.
