Joe Lynam,
President, CEO and Founder.
Joe Lynam has spent the last two decades as one of the leading pioneers of digital payment. He created the vision and developed innovative, patented digital payment solutions including the industry's fastest-growing PhoneBill service at PaymentOne. Lynam's early work in online payment methods, authentication tools, and comprehensive fraud control techniques now are emerging as industry-wide standards.

Lynam is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with proven ability to lead companies through profitable double and triple digit growth. Under his leadership, PaymentOne has more than doubled its revenues for four consecutive years, culminating in two Deloitte Fast 50 Awards, most recently noted as the 11th fastest growing technology company in Silicon Valley, and 33rd fastest growing company in North America.

Previously, Lynam founded and led a telecommunications billing and payments company, VRS Billing Systems, which was successfully acquired by AT&T. Within three years, Lynam took that organization from startup to annual retail billings of more than $300 million. He also spent time at AT&T earlier in his career, where he served as National Billing Director responsible for managing over 100 employees that implemented and managed advanced nationwide billing and customer service systems.

Lynam holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Santa Clara University.

Evan Meyer,
Vice President of Finance
Meyer brings more than 17 years of financial management experience to PaymentOne and leads the financial organization that supports the company's aggressive expansion. Prior to that role, Meyer served as a Chief Financial Officer in the billing industry, and served as Senior Manager and Principal Consultant in the Corporate Finance Consulting Group of Price Waterhouse.

Meyer has also held financial management positions at The Gap and Bank of America. Prior to this, he spent four years in the Audit Group of Price Waterhouse in Orange County, California, where he performed financial statement audits and special projects on technology, financial services and real estate clients.

Meyer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, an MBA from the University of Washington, and is a certified public accountant in the state of California.

Brad Singer,
Executive Vice President
Singer leads all commercial operations including sales, marketing, client services, new product, and business development initiatives, including strategic relationships with network operators. With over 18 years of business and senior management experience, Singer brings PaymentOne expertise in the content, financial, and ecommerce markets.

Previously, Singer served as Vice President of Strategic Marketing, Product Management and Content Licensing at NewsEdge, an early pioneer in content syndication, which achieved annual revenue growth rates of 40%, consistent profitability, and a successful IPO during his 8-year tenure. While at NewsEdge (acquired by Thomson), Singer also served as General Manager of the NewsPage.com business, one of the first successful online premium services. Most recently, Singer was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at TeleKnowledge, a billing and commerce infrastructure company. Singer has also held senior positions at General Electric and Citibank in Latin America.

Singer holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from Tufts University, and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton Business School.

Mark Snycerski,
Vice President of Service Bureau Operations and Technology
Snycerski is responsible for managing the service bureau operations and all related engineering and product development. He has over 20 years of software development and management experience covering a broad range of technologies. Before joining PaymentOne, Snycerski was a Director of Engineering at Netfish Technologies, a business-to-business integration company where he helped build the company from 10 people to 300 people over a 2 year period. Netfish was acquired by IONA Technologies where Snycerski managed a distributed Engineering team focused on infrastructure, business process management, and security.

Previously, Snycerski worked on several distributed systems and call processing applications at Siemens. He is a strong believer in leveraging high quality, open source technologies to build large-scale and robust business applications.

Snycerski holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Fernando Neves,
Vice President of International Business Development
Neves leads PaymentOne on the global business front, driving the company's business, strategies and alliances in the Latin America and Western Europe regions. He also serves as In Country Manager for PaymentOne Brazil.

Before joining PaymentOne, Neves was Founder, President, and CEO of Gaia Informatica, a privately held Brazilian company that provides products and IT services to Fortune 1000 companies in Latin America, U.S. and Europe. Neves led Gaia to become the most prominent Lotus/IBM Business Partner in Latin America and managed a large initiative with the Brazilian federal government. Neves continues to maintain relationships with the international telco community and serves as a member of the Lotus/IBM Business Partner Executive Council.

Neves holds a Bachelor degree from Faculdade de Tecnologia de Sao Paulo (FATEC) in Brazil and is a graduate of several executive programs at MIT-Sloan.
