Leading Voice Over IP Provider Selects PaymentOne to Help Drive New Subscriber Growth

SkyNet to Offer Additional Payment Options and Expand Reach in a Growing Market

San Jose, CA — November 17, 2003 — Payment One Corporation, the leading provider of advanced payment solutions for digital content, online premium service and internet access providers, today announced that SkyNET Telesystems, a pioneer in VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) long distance services has deployed PaymentOne’s payment and billing services for its online subscribers.

As a key part of the decision to select and deploy PaymentOne, SkyNET has implemented PaymentOne’s full suite of traditional credit card processing and alternative payment options, including their proprietary PhoneBill ™ Service. The PhoneBill ™ service will provide SkyNET subscribers a more secure and convenient payment option that does not require a credit card or consumer disclosure of sensitive financial information. The service puts charges on a consumers existing and trusted local telephone bill account.
